Changing the prev/next chevron icon

I would like to suggest changing the icons on the toolbar navigation to a more 'material design' look.

They are available here: https://materialdesignicons.com/ (just look for 'chevron')

That's a good idea in itself, but I wonder if then it would require everyone to use that particular icon set. I've actually thought about this in the past, and it might be better to allow somehow for a custom icon instead of adding another dependency, whether that be via another scope variable or perhaps some something that could be included via transclusion.

At this point PR's are definitely welcome, I'm pretty much away this month as we're welcoming a new member of the family, so I won't be able to work on the project at all during November. But if someone else has a chance to implement something, obviously that would be great. Just would like to request that it's flexible and doesn't add a specific icon dependency.

I've added it to the to-do list for the next release, so hopefully it won't be too long until we can come up with something. BTW, thanks for the feedback @caioresende. Definitely there are a lot of things that could use improvement, so all feedback/suggestions are welcomed!

No need for external icon set. Chevron SVG code (used in <md-tab>) is part of angular-material.

Replacing:

• « with <md-icon md-svg-icon="md-tabs-arrow"></md-icon>

and

• » with <md-icon md-svg-icon="md-tabs-arrow" style="-webkit-transform: translate3d(0%,0%,0) rotate(180deg); transform: translate3d(0%,0%,0) rotate(180deg);"></md-icon>

will do the job.
