🐛 Bug Some adopters official website not able to access.

Describe the bug

For adopters such as schema store and notion website not working properly. Like schema store gives 404 error and notion gives the site can't be reached.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to the adopters
Click on the schema store and notion adopter
Click on their official website.

Expected Behavior

Both adopters official website should be able to access properly there. So that anyone can go through it.

Hey @Utkarsh-123github , I hope you are doing well, Could you please tell me what should we use for schema store and for notion as a homepage url because, this https://www.schemastore.org/json/ does not exist , so I think we should used this https://www.schemastore.org/ and for notion page instead of using this https://www.notion.io/ , i think we should try this https://www.notion.com/
