Mobile Site Bug: Download Ebook button does not work on iOS Safari

The download ebook button does not work in iOS Safari
touching the button does nothing. The 'See all libraries' button does work on mobile.
I'm guessing this is either a webcompat or responsive design issue.

p.s. it wasn't clear to me from the discussions and feedback link whether to report bugs like this as an issue in the repo, or here as a discussion item.
