I Hate the Headers and Messages

I use https://jwt.io/ as a tool to check and verify JWT strings, but I would like to suggest an improvement for the layout. Currently, the headers and messages push the main form down, making it less accessible. It would be great if the header and message (or ads) could appear as floating elements for 1-2 seconds, so that the form takes the main focus on the landing page.
