incorrect gerber file in supporting files

Hi the company which made PCB for me, did say me that gerber file is not correct made.
The whole circuit sholud be horizontaly mirrored and then the TEXTs should be also mirrored mirrored.
I am attaching the photos of gerber file and the photo of PCB from supporting file PDF.
