Support needed for Gurobi 13 (currently on beta)

I'm trying to run tests on the new beta version on some problems where my code is all implemented in Julia, so I wouldn't want to rewrite everything in Python. By the way can someone give me some light on how I could just try to use the interface made for Gurobi 12 and patch whatever I find broken until there is actual support?

Oh, the diff doesn't show but I also had to add this gen130/libgrb_api.jl as a copy of gen120/libgrb_api.jl with the major version changed to 13.

The 13.0 wrappers are coming in #649, and I opened some issues for new enhancements Gurobi.jl could use (#650, #651).

Most other additions in the 13.0 release are controlled by parameters or attributes so I'm not aware of any additional work that needs to be done for Gurobi.jl. @JaoCR is there something you noticed in particular?
