ORTools example fails?

I'm getting an error related to the artifact_dir demonstrated in the README:

julia> ORTools_jll.artifact_dir
ERROR: UndefVarError: `artifact_dir` not defined in `ORTools_jll`
Suggestion: add an appropriate import or assignment. This global was declared but not assigned.

Maybe the instructions are outdated?

Are you on Linux? What is versioninfo?

Also, just to clarify, does this give access to the "true CP-SAT" solver or the one that goes through a MILP reformulation? I seem to remember Thibaut Cuvelier at JuliaCon Paris saying that the former is not yet available through JuMP
