There isn’t a single official list of all Jupyter-related papers.

The closest thing is this community-maintained thread:

It collects:

• Core Jupyter papers (like the one you linked)
• Publications from Jupyter contributors
• Related research around notebooks and workflows

For a more complete list, you’ll usually need to combine this with searches on Google Scholar or arXiv.
