I am using Pro Dada version v11.22.0 stable 2023-09-18. When I try to unsubscribe people who request unsubscription via their email client I get the following error:
Yikes! Problems with Confirmation Token
This may be because:
Was the entire confirmation link followed?
Has it been visited already? Have you already been confirmed?
Did you resend a confirmation email? Have you followed the link in the most recent confirmation email?
I have checked on the above and I do conform with all the requirements. What else could be the problem?
In addition, I receive 4 emails with different tokens every time someone requests to unsubscribe (via their email client?).
