Looking forward to 0.24.0 vcpkg due to linking issues #180

Most of the development for the 0.24 is done, I would say. I am executing manual tests, and hopefully I will tag the version 0.24 and send it to Vcpkg and Conan. Thanks for giving a try to the library. |

Due to infrastructure I have to build on windows with vcpkg mailio and on linux from sources (boost from sources too).
There is unit test framework dependency in main CMake in 0.23.0 that destroys cmake configure step on linux, but on windows its okay.
This issue was resolved in d2e491a
And i have to point linux build there.
Looking forward to 0.24.0 version, thank you in advance!
