META.yml prereqs in 0.035 do not match Makefile.PL

In the most recent version Attean switched to List::Util (see #171 ) but the 0.035 release includes a META.yml file, I think for the previous version:

The MYMETA.json generated when running Makefile.PL is correct and META.json has dynamic_config, so in practice a well behaved CPAN client should do the right thing and not require List::MoreUtils, but it would be good for the static meta to also have the correct requirements.
