`consumers` table doesn't show consumer group that has no member coordinated by kafka

It is possible to use offset commit w/o using Kafka's group coordination. Flink is one example. For such consumer clients, group ID exists but no member presents. Currently consumers table is constructed by iterating through members of each group so such groups are missing from resulting data set.
