Update the readme?

Thanks for the useful action!

In the readme I think that this line:

```
uses: kbrashears5/github-action-auto-accept-collabs@v1.0.0
```

should be changed to this:

```
uses: kbrashears5/github-action-auto-accept-collabs@1.0.1
```

With the former, the action fails for me. But with the latter, it starts to run.
