KWalletManager & secret service often prompts KeepassXC to create a new database

I've been using KeepassXC as a secret service server and KWalletManager with experimental feature to use secret service instead of wallets.
It works so-so with sometimes KeepassXC showing dialog to create a new database (and not telling me why, like which process requested it) - often many times in sequence.
Now I wonder whether this has something to do with KeepassXC or it's a fault of KWalletManager experimental feature.
Any ideas or anybody else observing it?
