Failure from program to open .ini

Brief Summary

After updating it does not open the program anymore as it is now seeking the program and ini file on the freaking C drive
And now whining constant that i can not read the freaking ini while i try to fix this
The freaking install is on a usb drive but whatever i do the program keeps whining that it can not find the ini file nor my key file when it starts ........ SIGH so tired from this constant mess when i get a update

actual behaviour must be the programs does not whine that it can not open en does not seek where it is not installed nor where the original install is

Are you using the portable ZIP?

No as it is normally almost always connected to my machine
When people ask my help with their machine i turn the machine off before i disconnect the drive as it contains loads of other handy tools and programs for fixing problems.
I do not use the program anywhere else than at home.
When i leave the house for more than 2 or 3 days i put the drive in the safe

I'm not asking whether you keep your drive plugged in. I'm asking whether you use the portable ZIP from our website or whether you installed something else like the MSI or PortableApps or whatever.
