Existing Projects Not listing after Closing Bootstrapper

I have installed 0.5 just now.
I can add a new project and import a project fine. Then i see them both in the project list.

If I Close bootstrapper and reopen it later, the projects aren't there anymore.
If I try to import them again, I just get an error saying:
A project with the same ID already exists: BranchStats
