The readme says "The latest build of scalapac is always available as a .jar from the Downloads dropdown in GitHub."
Problem is, there doesn't seem to be a "downloads dropdown" in github anymore. When I append /downloads to the url directly. I see a 0.0.1 jar that is 2 years old - obviously not the latest build.
