Suggestion: vector’s internal area map

Is there some way a way to view vector’s map of an area that he adds to when exploring, via the web app? I’m not a vector expert or anything so this may not even be possible but is there any way this could be a feature? I would like to be able to see the map vector makes of the area he is in if possible.

Check out the Python sdk, there is an opengl tool that visualizes this:

I haven't looked into how this works behind the scenes, but could be possible using webGL.
