[HELP] <describe issue here> Cannot activate wirepod on one device, works on another ik we not supposed to post here but i can't use discord (long story)

Windows 11 PC, Regular bot
First, i got vector set up with wirepod on one of my computers. However, this is not my daily driver, and it was taking unnescary power running all the time, but my main pc is always on so i decided to move wirepod over. (Wirepod was on the other pc becuase my daily didn't have bluetooth so I had to order an adapter) I started by renaming the PC with wirepod back to the orignal name, and deleting all the wirepod files off it, than i installed wirepod on my PC and renamed it. I factory reset vector and set him back to the .9 firmware, however, when i got to the point that I clicked activate, It failed. I think it has something to do with my not destroying wirepod on the last pc properly, idk tho. Any help would be appreciated.
