                <li>Based on Ubuntu 18.04</li>
                <li>Many new packages from the <a href="https://seti.berkeley.edu/">Berkely SETI</a> project added.</li>
                <li>Various packages of KERN ended up in Debian and in Ubuntu 18.04. This includes casacore, aoflagger
                    and wsclean
