White background color for files after update to version 0.13.0 #41
Comments
window reload solves it |
Have you tried switching to other theme and back to Monokai again? |
Yes, I have. No luck. |
I use Ubuntu 14.04, One Dark ui theme and reload worked |
It looks like I did something wrong, but it is too simple. I updated the theme and the problem appeared. |
My Atom version is 0.188.0 |
I use atom for Ubuntu from ppa:webupd8team/atom. Here is the link http://www.webupd8.org/2014/05/install-atom-text-editor-in-ubuntu-via-ppa.html |
In the help menu of Atom what version does it say? |
It say 0.139.0. I always update the atom when the ubuntu udate box appears. There I have atom listed for update. |
Atom provides a debian package already, there is no need for webpupd8 anymore. Also it self updates when a new version is available. (at least it self updates on MacOS/Windows, not sure about Linux) |
I think I will try another atom package and check whether the problem appear. Thank you. Unfortunately, have installed debian package and the result is the same. In addition, I have problems with other pacages like "linter", "color picker", "project manager" using any package |
I got this problem as well. Ubuntu 14.04 as well just updated and now white background. |
Yeah, same problem here. I resolved it by restarting Atom. |
Same issue here: OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), Atom 0.187.0. Right after the Monokai update to 0.13.0, all the files that were opened in the front window have changed to white background. The files opened in the other Atom windows remained black. Reloading solved my problem: menu |
Unfortunately it is not working in my atom after that trick. When I change the syntax theme to other there is the same issue. Only Atom syntax themes are working. |
I got the same setup as @aureliojargas, the same issue happened and the same solution worked :) |
I updated Atom to Version 0.198.0 (0.198.0) and it seems to have fixed the problem. |
@litar1 could you confirm that with the latest (or at least a very recent) version of Atom this is fixed? Thanks! |
After last update the background color changed to white for all files.
