audit configurability of control plane resource names

Determine whether we should allow overriding the name of the control plane deployment, service, etc. Keep in mind that some customers might have specific naming conventions they need to follow, thus we might need to make the names configurable.

If they are configurable, we need to pass the values to the controller instead of hardcoding (here for example)
