When monitoring KGateway installations accross clusters I would like to be able to observe the installed versions between my installs based off the metrics similar to kube_build_info or prometheus_build_info.
Describe the solution you'd like
Export a prometheus/otel metric which exposes a static kgateway_build_info metric which includes labels such as git_tag, git_version, git_commit, git_tree_state, go_version, major, minor, platform like the kube_build_info exposes with a static value of 1.
