WARNING: This update changes the behavior of the plugin. Old settings will be lost.

• Hide all chats by default (Github #4)
• Only hide chats within a timeframe after the account connected. The timeout is configurable on a per account basis. (Github #4 and #5)
• Notify when hiding a chat the first time
