功能反馈：
建议在web后台配置页面新增扫描器（针对漏洞探测方面）的user-agent修改功能

需求背景：

比如在SRC 等赏金平台的目标扫描中可以自定义设置白帽用户ID标识
针对漏洞探测方面，可能存在项目发起方要求在请求头标识身份
