What do you want to improve?

Increase OSSMC testing scenarios adapting CRD validations ones from Kiali

What is the current behavior?

No CRD validation cypress tests are executed in OSSMC related to the Istio Config list page.

What is the new behavior?

CRD validation cypress tests used in Kiali are adapted to OSSMC.
