Include help or man page to linux version

I am trying to use kiwix on the Linux desktop and find the the
icon-heavy user interface opaque to the point of uselessness. Do you
have any documentation available anywhere?

In particular, I have seen references online to multilevel settings like
Settings -> Library -> Autorefresh, but the only settings I can find
only includes Default zoom level, Default download directory, Monitor
directory, Move deleted files to trash, Open previous tabs at startup.

Are there additional settings that I am not finding?
