-ignoreDirNames [Ignore folder name strings] , please give example for this command, please

I want to ignore rename for all Pod files , but i am unable to do it,
I write code -ignoreDirNames [Pods], but It renames All files even in pod files please suggest proper path for -ignoreDirNames command
