Support flow variables in ImageJ1 macro code

At the moment, one needs to programmatically generate the complete macro code with replaced flow variables via, for instance, a Column Expressions node.

It would be desirable to have a similar situation as with the Send Email node. Here, you can reference flow variables directly in the body text where they will be replaced when the email is sent.
