Integration with Media Manager

Recipes for GENIVI Media Manager and Media Manager App (aka the HTML5 UI) should be added.

Git branch openivi contains new Yocto layer with recipes for media-manager and other packages related to IVI. To build an image, checkout branch openivi, follow the steps from the Tizen wiki https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/HummingBoard and do the following additional steps:

• Edit conf/local.conf and add:

IMAGE_INSTALL_append = " media-manager "

• Edit conf/bblayers.conf and add meta-tizen/meta-open-ivi to BBLAYERS, for example:

  /media/storage/tizen-distro/meta-tizen/meta-open-ivi \
