[FEATURE REQUEST] allow user to create wiki pages

Hello,

I've fixed issue #21 and finally acme client works like a charm here on my Ubuntu Server with nginx:

So it would be nice to publish at the acme-client-portable page the full steps to use it with nginx and Ubuntu.

I did some changes in the files config.h and http.c, but I need to recreate the steps from scratch to get the changes I've done and finally open a pull-request sending a patch.

Please let me know what these are so I can bundle them into the system itself instead of having it bit-rot in a wiki!
