Set custom resources values to side car container

📝 Description

Missing ablity while defining sidecar. Needed to be able to check if algorithm has enough resoruces to be deployed

Example:
As a user, I would like to be able to set specific resources values to a sidecar container defined in algorithm definition.

• While running an algorithm with sidecar resource specific defintion, the resources assigned will be the defined specific resources.
