I propose increasing the maxItems validation limit for the caCertificateRefs field in FrontendTLSValidation:

Current value: 8
Proposed value: 32

Why this is needed:
The current limit of 8 is too restrictive for certain use cases where a larger number of certificate authorities must be referenced to support diverse integrations. Raising the limit to 32 provides greater flexibility while maintaining reasonable bounds for validation.
