Support custom reset_timedout_connection

What do you want to happen?

In our environment, we cannot control the connection timeout set in the client. After the connection times out, users are confused when they receive the reset message directly due to the following configuration. We hope that the connection will be closed normally.

any updates? We run into RSTs with stress-testing using locust of the app behind ingress-nginx
