registry.k8s.io/build-image/debian-base
Why is this needed:
The current version:
registry.k8s.io/build-image/debian-base:bookworm-v1.0.4
, has a package:libexpat1
that contains a CRITICAL security vulnerability. I am trying to use this imageregistry.k8s.io/sig-storage/smbplugin:v1.15.0
and this image uses the above image as a base. They can't upgrade to the new remediated version oflibexpat1
which is2.6.3-1
