This would be a wall clock kind of deal that increments regardless of transport state. Some plugins expect this information and will be useful internally too.

  • Add steadyTime member to render context.
  • set steady time in AudioEngine some time before rendering graphs.
  • pass information to plugins (so far it's just clap that wants it)
