[RFE] Allow 'omg use' to uncompress a must-gather file

Well, I do this now because I don't know why the previous RFE was never submitted, PR is already done, sorry for the mixup

I sent a PR for this RFE with the code needed to let the 'omg use' command directly over a must-gather compressed file.
The code just uncompress the file in current directory and let the rest of the normal 'omg use' flow to take over the new created directory.
