Add page for cemetery information

Clicking on a cemetery result after the search will open a page with the following information:

• About
• grave available

When searching form the home page the expected output should be as follows:

The search should provide available results matching the test inserted (Filter while you type) and display results in a drop down below the search bar. Users can the select the correct name from the list, and click search as in the pictures below.

Users should be able to search for either the town/village/city or the cemetery name

Once search has been clicked and the cemetery name selected matches that of a available cemetery users should go directly to the cemetery map page.

@mvmaltitz we should confirm with the client if this workflow is acceptable and preferred. The alternate way of handling this would be to display the search results as in the image below. This also provides a opportunity to gracefully handle failed search terms with an encouraging please join message.
