Why is bash hardcoded in scripts and tests? #429

Hey there,

I was wondering why the scripts inside scripts/ hardcode bash in their shebang? particularly genconfig.sh?

This makes it harder to bootstrap toybox in environments where bash might not be available, and adding bash as a build-time dependency just to build toybox feels as if it does not align with how minimal and tiny the project is.

Would it be possible to provide more portable versions of the scripts?
