应用设置我看主要有两个地方：1. 应用-编排-右下角的功能设置； 2. 应用-监测-设置；
应用设置不应该放到多个地方，而且还都不好找，而且极个别设置还有重复(比如使用 WebApp 图标替换)；
而且监测就是监测，现在监测里却放了设置；
建议依据 设置-编排-发布-监测等重新整理现有功能布局；
