Yes, this issue has been addressed in newer versions. A major refactor in July 2025 improved how workflow execution status is updated and stored, ensuring that when a workflow is manually stopped, its status correctly transitions out of 'running' in the history. These changes are part of the latest releases, so upgrading to the newest version of Dify should resolve the problem you described. You can review the relevant code updates here.
