Traits removed from library #86

Hey there, I just noticed that with the commit 3742708 there were useful traits that were removed, attributing them as merely being examples. I had been utilizing those traits in my codebase and came across problems when upgrading.
If they are purely examples, then there should be some updates in the documentation to provide them as examples, or we could add the traits back in for use.
The laravel doctrine website still references the Timestamp trait as an option, which is no longer correct.
I may submit a PR in the coming weeks to add some of the removed traits back in, updated to use newer Attributes as opposed to the older Annotations.
