Add id element for each H1 sections in resource page

It would be nice, that each H1 tag would have ID, made from the title.
When the resource has a long list of sections, you have to scroll a lot till that section. And when sharing the link, we could point out to exact section of the page. E.g.

We have section "Assigned Users". So, the id could be id="assigned-users". So we could share a link like:
https://example.com/nova/resources/users/123#assigned-users and the user would land exactly on that section.

I think it's a neat feature and requires not much effort to have it.
