PMM v1.2 RC1 - TEST THIS BUILD
================================

1) Run: PMMRuntime.exe self-test
   Expected: PMMRUNTIME_SELFTEST_OK 1.2.0-rc1

2) Run: PMM.exe runtime-self-test
   Expected: Host reaches PMMRuntime through a native route.

3) Run: PMMRuntime.exe ui-native
   Expected: native PMM Runtime window opens without WPF/PowerShell objects.

4) Run: Start.cmd
   Expected on the normal maintainer test PC: complete proven PMM interface opens.
   Host log should contain: CHILD START kind=native name=PMMRuntime.exe

5) Regression: run the known Ribunny PackageChoice test.
   Expected decision: Luny OR Ribunny + Shine.

RC1 is a clean integration baseline. Full Analyze/Build/Deploy under ConstrainedLanguage is still a
release gate; do not claim that specific fix complete until the remaining workflow is migrated/tested.
