To compile

install mkdocs and the material extensions (brew install mkdocs-material)
install the pymdown extensions (pip3 install pymdown-extensions)
run mkdocs serve -v
create a different clone with name lasarojc.github.io.source and switch to the source branch
run mkdocs gh-deploy --config-file ../lasarojc.github.io.source/mkdocs.yml --remote-branch master
