[FEATURE REQUEST] Tray Icons in All Monitors

hi there,
first thx for this refactoring, its working fine,
i read this topic, uncommented that line, tray icons were moved to second monitor, isnt there a way to have them in both monitors?

related issues:
nextcloud and open-weather are examples which are not shown on both screens. also there is an add-on to remove the activity button from the top panels top left corner. this does not apply to the new top panels.
