Auto generate CDL elementary blocks documentation #4109

This issue is to track the task of auto generating CDL elementary blocks documentation:

  • update html documenation
  • update svg
    • correct line thickness
    • correct icon shape
    • remove %name on top of the icon in the process when generating the word document

The last item "remove %name on top of the icon in the process when generating the word document" sounds like it should be done in modelica-json rather than the Buildings library.

You are right. The %name will still be in .mo file, but will be removed in the process of generating the word document.
