Mandatory inputs? #24

@ModeSevenIndustrialSolutions The docs say that the action looks for a .netrc file that contains the nexus-server, nexus-username, and nexus-password. But it also says that those fields are mandatory inputs. It seems to me that as a user, I would either want to have the .netrc defined, or that the I would provide those inputs to the action and it would create the necessary file/entries, but not both. Could you explain how this works, and possibly clarify the docs? Thanks!
