create email addresses at lgm.org #4
Comments
Instead of twitter@ which is maybe too specific, it might be also social@ or comteam@,… |
Is this being blocked by #5 ? |
yes, the email address will have to be created on the (new) server. |
now that we are migrating to the new server, we can start planning the creation of email addresses i propose that we write an email to the LGM list asking what the needs are.

Ale, let's go ahead with this? In addition to the emails you mentioned (contact, social), we need email accounts for the "main admin" of the two WP instances, which receives notifications when new accounts are added, etc. For the main LGM site: this could be contact@ or admin@. For the current 2015 site: this could be team2015@ and get forwarded to the organizing team. Since I created the sites, the prime admin account has currently my email address, and I'm receiving all the notifications. PS: that address can be defined in the WordPress dashboard under Settings > General. |

Done: created social@ and admin@ addresses! |
Have changed the address on the twitter account. It's now social@ |
lgm_twitter at graphicslab.org
(forward to julien and ale) and should be changed to social@or do we prefer to have a communication@ for all the accounts belonging to the communication team?
