Feature request: Add ability to show tooltips on mouse hover for `force` plots

Just found Lightning this week and love your work. Great API for creating force layout plots in the notebook.

I've searched through the docs and codebase for any references to activating tooltips on hover. Can't see that it's currently supported - could this be added based on the underlying framework? I notice that maps have a highlight-on-hover feature so I hoped this would be possible either as an plot option or in custom JS.
